Over the last decade I have helped a wide
range of clients train for television and film roles, get in shape for weddings, prepare for and recover from pregnancy, reduce debilitating pain, and many others achieve a healthier and more defined physique.
As one of few fitness professionals who is both a Certified Personal
Trainer and a classically trained Pilates Instructor, I find that each discipline improves the other. My training approach is not just about brute
strength, lifting as much as you can, running as fast as you can,
pumping out as many reps as you can. In my opinion, this is the fitness
of the past. Fitness today is more refined, it is quality over
quantity, it is about working both smart and hard. This is Attuned Body Fitness!!
